Morton Todd is the Chairman of the St. Charles County Democratic Central Committee and has lived in St. Charles County for many years.
"I am originally from Louisiana MO, I graduated from High School in 1975, my plans were to join the Navy and become a helicopter pilot, my eyesight wasn't good enough to qualify, my late father was a member of the Pipe-fitters Local 562 and got me a summer job working on permit.I eventually became a Journeyman and moved to St.Charles County. My Local Union asked me to get involved in St.Charles County politics as it was a booming area and we needed representation. I became a Township Committee member and about 10 years ago I was honored to be elected Chairman of the St.Charles County Democratic Central Committee." - Morton Todd
