From the Missouri House Democratic Legislative Network (DLN): Statement from MO House Democratic Campaign Committee Chair Rep. Peter Merideth: https://www.facebook.com/MOHouseDems/photos/a.445971402450709/1274236869624154/?emci=8a6665f0-d951-eb11-a607-00155d43c992&emdi=be91f1de-0952-eb11-a607-00155d43c992&ceid=15867974 This week we are asking for your help in spreading our statement from HDCC Chair Rep. Meridith and the following three calls to action. While sharing this to your networks use the following hashtags: #ResignHawley #ResignJustinHill #RemoveJustinHill #moleg We have sample scripts for the calls we are asking, feel encouraged to push these same scripts to your network when asking them to make these calls. Call Governor Parson: and urge him to remove Senator Hawley from office. Example: “Hi Gov. Parson, my name is ____ and I am a constituent of yours. My zip code is ____ and I am calling because our senator Josh Hawley has incited violence against the nation. Through his grandstanding and lifting of baseless allegations against election integrity, he fueled the delusions that radicalized Trump supporters and led to the deaths of four people. Our senator has blood on his hands and he must resign.” Call: (573) 751-3222 Call Majority Floor Leader, Rep. Rob Vescovo: ask him to remove Rep. Justin Hill from office immediately. Example: “Hi Rep. Vescovo, my zip code is _____ and I am calling to demand that you do not seat Rep. Justin Hill in the State House. By choosing to join the Trump extremists in DC rather than taking his oath of office, he has shown that his allegiance is not to the Constitution but the insurrectionists who would see our tradition of free and fair elections end. As House Majority Leader, in order to strengthen our nation and constitution, you must remove him from office immediately.” Call: 573-751-3607 Email: Rob.Vescovo@house.mo.gov Sign this petition calling for the resignation of Sen. Hawley for his role in the incitement of insurrectionists against the United States: https://actionnetwork.org/petitions/josh-hawley-resign?emci=8a6665f0-d951-eb11-a607-00155d43c992&emdi=be91f1de-0952-eb11-a607-00155d43c992&ceid=15867974 Learn more about the Democratic Legislative Network by emailing your interest to email@example.com and/or by signing up for their newsletter here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfnsvO7yjNiSHG0KrvmprCDHfH8chNGJVjZBWe3GxGnj4CXXA/viewform?emci=6c2a5c19-5151-eb11-a607-00155d43c992&emdi=108d121a-5551-eb11-a607-00155d43c992&ceid=15867974
You may now register for notification of when a COVID-19 vaccine will be available to you, based on your age, health, and occupation. The categories for vaccine availability are shown in the graphic above.
As demand for the COVID-19 vaccines is expected to exceed the supply in the initial period following authorization, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) COVID-19 Vaccines Work Group developed a phased plan for allocating doses that the Department of Public Health is following. As production of the vaccine increases, the ACIP will recommend transition into additional phases.
If you choose to register with the County, you will fill out a survey on the St. Charles County Government website. After that information is received by the DPH, you will receive a message asking you about your eligibility for vaccine generally, and in which of the various phases you would fit. To get information about the county’s response, and to access the survey, follow this link. The registration survey is accessible in a red box marked “Register for COVID-19 Vaccine.”
Missouri's COVID-19 voting provisions expired on Dec. 31, 2020. This law allowed voters over 65 and those with certain chronic health conditions - such as diabetes or lung disease - to vote absentee, and allowed Missouri voters to cast ballots by mail. With upcoming municipal elections in early 2021, please join the Missouri Voter Protection Coalition's campaign to urge Missouri Governor Mike Parson to use his emergency authority to extend Missouri's COVID-19 safe voting provisions so that all Missourians can vote safely. LWV of Missouri and Metro St. Louis have signed on as signatories to the letter.

Virtual Event on zoom
Please join us as we come together virtually to call on our representatives and our community members to impeach Trump, and support our fight for Democracy Reform.
The event will have two parts. First we will be making calls to our representatives and senators to demand that they move to immediately impeach and convict Donald Trump, ensuring that he can never run for office again. After we call our elected officials, we will come back together to write letters to the editor about the importance of abolishing the filibuster. We will be joined by another National Indivisible Organizer Scott, who will lead us in a training on how to write an effective Letter to The Editor. We will end our event with an open happy hour.
